Butterscotch Cake | பட்டர்ஸ்காட்ச் கேக்

INGREDIENTS
Butterscotch/ Caramel Sauce: 1 Cup sugar 1/4 Cup butter 1/4 Cup whip cream (fresh cream) 1 tsp vanilla essence




For Praline: 1 Cup sugar
1 Cup almonds




Buttercream Frosting:-
1 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup Caramel Sauce 1/4 cup condensed milk




Butterscotch Cake 

2 1/2 cups  all purpose flour
3  tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup   butter ( room temperature)
1 cup Caramel Sauce
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp Butterscotch essence
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups (300ml) milk

INSTRUCTIONS

1.Preheat oven to 350°F (176°C)
2.Four 8 inch cake pans with parchment paper circles in the bottom and grease the sides
3.Combine the flour,  baking powder and salt in a medium sized bowl and set aside.
4.Add butter, Caramel Sauce,eggs,Butterscotch essence, to the bowl and beat together until  fluffy
5.Dry ingredients and mix until well combined 
6.Add the milk and mix until well combined and smooth
7.Divide the batter evenly between the cakes pans and bake for 25-30  minutes
